This box includes approximately 480 lbs. of top-quality beef and is fully customizable but here is a typical break down.

• • 40% Premium Ground Beef
  • 35% Savory Cuts ie; Roasts, Tri-Tips, brisket, packages of stew meat/carne-asada /kabob...short ribs etc.
  • 25% Steaks ie; Sirloin Tips, Top Sirloins, New York Strips, Rib-Eyes, Tenderloin, ranchers, top rounds, porterhouse, t-bone etc.

How it works: You reserve your whole Beef Share today with a $1000.00 deposit. We will go out in the pasture and select the healthiest & fattest steer in the herd. On slaughter day or the very next day we will get ahold of you with your hanging weight and send an invoice for final payment to us. We then put the steer into your name!! We'll have our expert butcher call you directly to go over your preferences and process your beef. They will call you to pickup approx 2 weeks after slaughter. You will pay them for butchering at pickup.
