As many of you know, the cattle market has changed dramatically this past year. Between RECORD-high cattle prices, rising feed costs, land expenses, and a nationwide shortage of cattle, we've had to adjust our pricing for the up-coming season.
For 2026:
-Beef Shares will be $7.00/lb hanging weight
We DO NOT take price increases lightly, but this ensures we can continue raising the kind of quality of beef you TRUST and feeding our community the right way.

Welcome to our small family ranch!
We take pride in our small herd. All of our cattle are born and raised by us. We primarily raise Angus and Charolais cattle as they are hardy and do well in our climate and produce delicious, flavorful, marbled beef. Crossing Charolais in has proven for generations in Audra's family to withstand hot and cold weather and lessen the likelihood of illness meaning we can guarantee they are antibiotic FREE! We know exactly what we are consuming and what our family, friends and customers are consuming.

This is what a 1/4 of our beef looks like at A&R Meats!! You can reserve a 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef right now to ensure you have it for the summer!!!
With a 1/4 you get a standard cut, but 1/2 and wholes are fully customizable! I always recommend going with a 1/2 or whole and splitting it with a friend or 2. That way you can change your cuts up and get it all done exactly how you like it!!
