1/4 Grass Finished Beef Share-Deposit-Local Pickup

In a 1/4 you don't have as much room for customization as in larger shares. This is because the butchery takes the entire side of the steer and butchers it to then equally divide all of the cuts to both customers that bought a 1/4. This way nobody is stuck with just a front or hind 1/4. 

Typical 1/4

• 40% Premium Ground Beef
• 35% Savory Cuts: Roasts, Tri-Tip, brisket, packages of stew meat/carne-asada /kabob...short ribs etc.
• 25% Steaks ie; New York, Ribeyes,Sirloin Tips, Top Sirloins, Tenderloin (filet mingnon), flank and skirt etc.

Deposits go toward final price.

How it works: You reserve your 1/4 Beef Share today with a $250.00 deposit. We will go out in the pasture and select the healthiest & fattest steer in the herd. On slaughter day or the very next day we will get ahold of you with your hanging weight and send an invoice for final payment to us. We then put the steer into your name!! We'll have our expert butcher call you directly to go over your preferences and process your beef. They will call you to pickup approx 2 weeks after slaughter. You will pay them for butchering at pickup.
