  • 60% approx. Other Cuts (approx 60lbs) ie; T-Bones, Ribeyes, Sirloin Tips, Top Sirloins, Filet Mignon, Ranchers, Top rounds, Tenderized Round Steak, London Broils, 1/2 Brisket, Chuck Roasts, cross rib roast, 1 Tri-Tip, packages of stew ribs, short ribs, marrow bones, knuckle bones.

Pickup: Local Meet Up at Holiday in Palo Cedro. We can also deliver within reason.  We will send an e-mail or text when its ready for meet-up or local delivery around the first week of March!
