This is what a 1/4 of our beef looks like at A&R Meats!! You can reserve a 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef right now to ensure you have it for the summer!!!
With a 1/4 you get a standard cut, but 1/2 and wholes are fully customizable! I always recommend going with a 1/2 or whole and splitting it with a friend or 2. That way you can change your cuts up and get it all done exactly how you like it!!

Welcome to our small family ranch!
We take pride in our small herd. All of our cattle are born and raised on our ranch. We primarily raise Angus and Charolais cattle as they are hearty and do well in our climate and produce delicious, flavorful, marbled beef. Crossing Charolais in has proven for generations in Audra's family to withstand hot and cold weather and lessen the likelihood of illness meaning we can guarantee they are antibiotic FREE! We know exactly what we are consuming and what our family, friends and customers are consuming.
